What you share

The pilot form asks for your work email, product website, role and the onboarding task you want to discuss. Please leave out passwords, payment details, private customer records and other sensitive information.

What happens to it

When you open the form, it connects to Tally. When you submit it, Tally stores your answers in Federico’s form workspace. Federico uses them to review your workflow, contact you about the request and discuss a possible pilot. Submitting does not book a service or authorize a payment.

The services involved

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The request form is provided by Tally, which handles form delivery, technical data and bot protection under its privacy notice. The form only loads here after you choose to open it. This landing page adds no advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Your request and your choices

Submitting is optional. You may ask Federico for a copy, correction or deletion of your request, or ask him to stop contacting you. Contact federicomolinachavez@gmail.com. Pilot requests remain in the form workspace for follow-up unless deleted; no automatic retention schedule is currently configured.
